Job Details
The consultant will be responsible for technical documentation of the current network as well as documenting network services in the Customer ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) with other ServiceNow functional aspects such as Service planning, Incident Management, Change management and Knowledgebase.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing
- Some experience with Cisco networking
- Must be familiar with network terminology and be fluent such that they can converse easily with the network team around technical elements.
- Ability to collaborate with the current team and network manager of curate all current documentation and produce new documentation that weaves together a cohesive narrative and picture of the current network architecture and configuration
